On this page
This page exists because there are six things we would want to know before ordering, and none of them appear in the marketing. We would rather you order with them in front of you than discover them afterwards. If any is a dealbreaker, that is a legitimate outcome of reading this.
One: you cannot verify what is in the bottle
This is the big one and it is documented, not alleged. Two websites selling a product called Cognicept publish two entirely different ingredient lists — one naming 12 nootropic ingredients, the other naming 23 largely metabolic ones. Only L-Tyrosine appears on both. That is not a labelling variation; it describes two different products. Before paying anyone, ask for a photograph of the supplement facts panel on the bottle you will receive. Full report here.
Two and three: the interaction risks and the missing doses
The two candidate formulas carry different interaction profiles and you cannot check yours against either. If the nootropic list applies: Huperzine-A is a cholinesterase inhibitor with cautions in bradycardia, asthma and epilepsy; Ginkgo affects bleeding risk; ashwagandha affects thyroid hormones and has a liver injury signal. If the other list applies: L-Tryptophan carries serotonin syndrome risk alongside antidepressants; grapefruit extract inhibits CYP3A4 and raises levels of statins and other drugs; guarana plus green tea stack caffeine.
And no per-serving amounts are published on either list. Huperzine-A is dose-sensitive in micrograms. High-dose B6 in long-term use relates to peripheral neuropathy. Neither can be assessed.
Cognicept is a liquid cognitive support formula — see current official-site pricing.
See Cognicept PricingFour, five and six: marketing, price and what it is not
The marketing contains repeated references to capsules for a product that is a liquid dropper. It publishes 4.9 out of 5 from 47,000 customers with no inspectable review corpus. It credits a reviewer as “Dr. John Smith, Clinical Nutrition Specialist” with no verifiable identity, uses countdown timers that reset on reload, and shows order notifications naming customers. Separately, there is no single-bottle option — $158 plus shipping is the minimum, and the 3-bottle tier is quoted at two different prices by two sellers. Finally: this is not a treatment for memory loss, dementia or anxiety, and if your memory concerns are persistent or worsening, you need a medical assessment rather than a supplement.

Pricing and packages
All pricing below is from the Cognicept official website. The Cognicept discount is applied automatically by quantity — there is no code to enter, and quantity tiers are the only genuine saving available.
| Package | Per bottle | Total | Supply | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 bottles — minimum order | $79 | $158 | 60 days | Charged |
| 3 bottles | $69 | $207 | 90 days | Free (US) |
| 6 bottles — best value | $49 | $294 | 180 days | Free (US) |
There is no single-bottle option, so $158 plus shipping is the smallest order. Quoted prices differ between sellers — one lists the three-bottle tier at $59 rather than $69 — so confirm your total at checkout. Reference prices appear as $99, $149 and $179 in different places; treat all of them as anchors. See the refund policy.
Verdict
Do not order until you have seen a photograph of the actual supplement facts panel. That single step resolves most of what is wrong here, and if a seller will not provide it, that is your answer.
