By using cognnicept.com or placing an order through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
cognnicept.com is the official ordering website for Cognicept™, a liquid dietary supplement. Content is provided for general information. See our disclaimer for the medical and results disclaimers that also apply.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract.
Three and six-bottle orders include free US shipping. Single-bottle orders are shipped at cost. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier.
Orders are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee running from the date of purchase. The full terms, including what is and is not covered and how the timing works, are on the refund policy page and form part of these terms.
